2020 brought a remarkable transformation to this Chocolate Hole property on St. John, with the repair and upgrade of an existing storm-damaged solar energy system.

The system is comprised of 78 high-efficiency solar panels with a total capacity of 32 kW, and is paired with grid-tied micro inverters that maintain production and consumption metering.
